Production Solder Assembler

We have an immediate need for a Production Solder/Assembler to work in Production within our Process Automation Division.

Responsibilities include soldering, assembling and testing products.

The qualified candidate should possess:
• Minimum of a high school degree
• Basic knowledge of electronic assembly
• Ability to work with small hand tools and perform mechanical assembly
• Experience soldering thru-hole components, SMDs and wires
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• High level of neatness and workmanship, attention to detail
• Ability to multitask on a daily basis

District Sales Manager

We have an immediate need for a District Sales Manager, in Calgary, for our Process Automation Division.

The District Sales Manager will:

  • Promote P+F technologies and products of existing and potential customers with the objective of securing business. Cover or supervise coverage of key and excluded accounts within the region.
  • Review drawings, specifications and customer documents to recommend product and develop cost estimates.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers relating to the use of our products and technologies.
  • Recommend our channel partners for the region. Supervise their training and motivation.
  • Make joint sales calls with channel partners and P+F personnel.
  • Make individual sales calls, 10-16 calls per week.
  • Accountable for meeting sales and budget requirements for the district.
  • Responsible for the implemenation of sales initiatives with the district such as MSMPs.
  • Provide feedback on market environment, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Responsible for communicating/monitoring P+F channel policies and guidelines.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

  • BS/BA Business or Electrical Engineering
  • 1 – 2 years sales experience
